Quality control and assurance are critical characteristics of feed production.

The nutrient value of any feed ingredient varies from season to season, source to source, and batch to batch—even within a single batch. Therefore, ingredients must be meticulously analyzed for their nutritional value before being incorporated into a ration.

A laboratory is the most essential scientific tool for producing high-quality feed. Having our own in-house testing laboratory allows us to guarantee quality at every stage of the production process.

The laboratory began its operations in 2013

Since its inception, we have dedicated significant time to implementing each research method, ensuring high-quality results with unwavering accuracy.

To verify the precision of our findings, we consistently participate in interlaboratory comparisons. Furthermore, we periodically conduct control testing in accredited laboratories that comply with DSTU ISO 17025 requirements. This rigorous approach allows us to maintain total confidence in every analysis we provide.

Raw Material Control

Our laboratory conducts rigorous quality control of all raw materials used in the production of premixes, feed additives, and finished feeds. No batch of raw material is released for production without laboratory clearance. Regular analysis of raw materials also enables us to identify and partner with the highest-quality suppliers.

Advanced Laboratory Equipment

Arbitration testing is conducted using cutting-edge, fully automated equipment. For protein analysis, we utilize high-precision instruments such as the VELP Scientifica digestor, Gerhardt steam distiller, and TitroLine 7000 (SI Analytics) titrator.

Fiber and fat content are determined using VELP Scientifica systems, while amino acid profiles are analyzed with Agilent Technologies equipment. For sample preparation and specialized research, our facility is equipped with the Retsch ZM 300 ultra-centrifugal mill, Memmert drying ovens, Axis analytical balances, Radwag moisture analyzers, Multi-Spin centrifuges, and Hamilton Beach mixers.

Reference Sample Bank

We maintain an extensive "bank" of reference samples, encompassing both raw materials and finished products (approximately 200 units). This library allows for the rapid assessment and verification of organoleptic characteristics, ensuring consistent quality across all production batches.

Sample Archive

We maintain a comprehensive sample archive where representative composite samples from every batch of incoming raw materials and finished products are stored. These samples are kept for 7 months from the date of delivery to the facility or the date of manufacture. This practice ensures our ability to perform retrospective analysis and maintain complete quality oversight.

Qualified Personnel

The foundation of our quality control system is our highly skilled professional team. Our laboratory staff consists of specialists holding Master’s degrees in Chemistry with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience.

They consistently enhance their expertise through active participation in specialized forums, advanced training programs, and professional courses. Their deep knowledge and extensive experience ensure the highest standards of operation within our laboratory.

Rapid Analysis Equipment with Custom Calibration Models

For real-time quality monitoring of raw materials and finished products, we utilize a state-of-the-art Bruker NIR analyzer (made in Germany). Our custom calibration models, developed based on our own in-house arbitration research, ensure high precision and reproducibility of results. We continuously monitor the reliability of these calibrations and regularly update our models with new data to maintain peak accuracy.
