Our fully accredited in-house laboratory performs rigorous testing on every batch of Herbal Soya using NIR (Near-Infrared) spectroscopy and wet chemistry analysis. We maintain strict control over vital parameters, including protein content, KOH protein solubility, and Protein Dispersibility Index (PDI), as well as moisture levels and crude fat with hydrolysis.

Soybean meal is the most common protein source used in livestock nutrition. However, the fundamental difference between standard soybean meal and HERBAL SOYA lies in the processing technology.
Our protein product is manufactured using controlled extrusion combined with a gentle, mechanical oil-pressing method. In contrast, traditional soybean meal is produced through a chemical process known as solvent extraction.
During the production of conventional soybean meal, the primary focus is on maximizing oil yield. Consequently, the meal is often treated as a secondary byproduct. At our facility, the priority is the quality of the protein itself.
