In 2006, "Agrolife kormy" was established. The company successfully partnered with a European leader in premix production — TM LNB (Poland) — becoming their exclusive representative in Ukraine. Since then, we have evolved from an importer into a modern, innovative leader in the animal feed production industry.

In 2010, we marked a significant milestone in our development with the establishment of our own poultry farm, "Agrolife Transservice" LLC. Specializing in broiler cultivation, this strategic step allowed us not only to increase our production output but also to gain full control over the quality of the final product, from feed to the consumer’s table.

In 2011, we took a significant leap forward by launching our own production plant for premixes, concentrates, and compound feeds. This strategic move enabled us to implement cutting-edge technologies and innovations in the manufacturing process, ensuring optimal nutrition for animals and maintaining the highest quality standards across all aspects of our product range.

In 2012, "Agrolife kormy" introduced its own proprietary products to the market for the first time, offering customers unique nutrition solutions for livestock. This turning point in the company's history defined our path toward leadership in the animal feed production industry.

In 2012, we embarked on a new stage of development with the opening of the Yavir Invest. soybean processing plant. This milestone underscores our commitment to sustainable production and innovation in utilizing natural resources to create high-quality products.

In 2014, we implemented a significant milestone in enhancing our production processes and quality control. The launch of our proprietary testing laboratory, certified by state authorities and compliant with the European ISO 17025 standards, became a key step in ensuring the highest quality for our products. This achievement reflects our constant pursuit of excellence and our deep responsibility toward our clients.

In 2015, we reached a major milestone by officially registering our proprietary trademark, "Kormil." This step solidified our identity as a recognized industry leader and serves as a guarantee of the highest product quality for our customers.

In 2015, our soybean processing plant, Yavir Invest. successfully expanded its production capacity to 3,500 tons per month. This strategic growth reinforced our commitment to providing high-quality products and meeting the ever-increasing demand of our customers.

In November 2018, we successfully commissioned five new poultry houses at our "Agrolife Transservice" facility. This expansion was a key step in our strategy to enhance production capabilities, meet growing customer demand, and ensure the delivery of high-standard, quality products.

In November 2020, "Agrolife Transservice" commissioned 7 new poultry houses, significantly scaling up production capacities and further enhancing the quality of our products.

In October of the same year, we launched a new phase of our operations with the "Danylo Halytskyi" Agricultural Enterprise, specializing in the cultivation of cereals, oilseeds, and legumes. This strategic decision was aimed at expanding our production portfolio and ensuring total quality control of our raw materials.

In November of the same year, the enterprise's land bank saw a significant increase with the addition of 1,000 hectares. This expansion was a vital step toward optimizing crop cultivation and ensuring the sustainability of our agricultural processes.

In January 2021, our enterprise "Danylo Halytskyi" LLC embraced its social responsibility by creating 20 new jobs. Simultaneously, we undertook a major upgrade of our agricultural machinery fleet, ensuring optimal conditions for high-efficiency operations and sustainable growth.

Also in 2021, we announced the launch of a major reconstruction project for the poultry houses at "Agrolife Transservice." With a strategic plan to increase the total number of houses to 20, we are investing heavily in modernizing and optimizing production processes to achieve superior productivity and product quality.

In 2022, "Agrolife Transservice" reinforced its growing status as a high-quality meat producer by commissioning three new poultry houses at our farm. This expansion allowed us to increase our production capacity while further enhancing the quality standards of our products.

Also in 2022, we signed a landmark agreement, becoming the official and sole distributor of French Pro-Nutrition products in Ukraine. This partnership underscores our ongoing dedication and commitment to offering only the finest nutrition solutions for pets.

Deeply understanding the importance of social responsibility, we established the "Kormil" Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in 2022. Our mission is to support animals in need and provide active assistance to the community through various social initiatives.

August 2022 marked a pivotal moment in our infrastructure development. We successfully commissioned a state-of-the-art grain elevator complex with a capacity of 25,000 tons. This achievement significantly enhanced our storage efficiency and improved the management of our grain resources.

In July 2023, Kormil completed the construction of a modern 7,000-ton grain storage warehouse, further strengthening its inventory management capabilities. Simultaneously, we commissioned a mobile grain dryer, significantly improving the processing quality and long-term preservation of our crops.

At the end of 2023, Kormil successfully commissioned two new state-of-the-art poultry houses at the "Agrolife Transservice" farm. This achievement marked a new stage in the company’s development and significantly boosted its overall production capacity.
