• Utilizing modern technological equipment and tools to produce high-quality and safe products;
• Purchasing high-quality, safe raw materials and auxiliary materials, supported by a flexible system for selecting, evaluating, and working with suppliers;
• An effective system of material incentives for personnel and maintaining their competence through continuous training;
• Systematic identification, evaluation, and control of identified risks at Critical Control Points (CCPs) related to product safety;
• Continuous analysis of our activities according to Client requirements and improving performance results;
• Implementing measures regarding the environmental component of our activities;
• Conducting business with a focus on ethics and personal responsibility.
