The History of Kormil Group
The history of the Kormil Group began in 2006. Since then, we have grown into a diverse group of companies encompassing agricultural production, distribution, and active participation in community initiatives.

In July 2023, Kormil completed the construction of a modern grain storage warehouse with a capacity of 7,000 tons, significantly strengthening its inventory management capabilities. Additionally, a mobile grain dryer was commissioned during this period, enhancing the overall quality and preservation of grain crops.
At the end of 2023, Kormil successfully commissioned two new modern poultry houses at the "Agrolife Transservice" poultry farm, marking a new stage in the company's development and significantly increasing its production capacity.
In 2022, "Agrolife Transservice" solidified its growing status as a producer of premium-quality meat by commissioning three new poultry houses at our poultry farm. This milestone allowed us to significantly expand our production capacities and ensure even higher quality standards for our products.
Also in 2022, we signed a landmark agreement, becoming the official and sole distributor of French Pro-Nutrition products in Ukraine. This partnership underscores our ongoing dedication and commitment to providing the finest quality products for pets.
Recognizing the importance of social responsibility, we established the Non-Governmental Organization "Kormil" in 2022. Our mission is to promote animal welfare and support the community through various social and developmental initiatives.
